Terms of use
1. Provider and scope
These terms cover SwissBud on the web and in the app. Paid purchases also follow the terms confirmed at purchase and the relevant store’s rules. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.

2. Service and account
SwissBud helps organise contracts, documents, grades and appointments. Sign-in uses Google. Use the service with the necessary legal capacity or consent of your legal representative. Protect your Google account, devices and recovery keys. Features and allowances follow the displayed version and entitlements.
3. Responsibility for uploaded content
Only upload and process content you are authorised to use, including other people’s data, children’s profiles, pictures, contracts and payment information. You are responsible for your entries and checking them, particularly names, addresses, IBAN and other payment details. Rights remain with their owners; you authorise only processing needed for requested functions. Illegal content, unauthorised access, malware and abusive circumvention of allowances are prohibited. The provider remains responsible for its own lawful and secure processing.
4. AI and your review
AI results, logos, provider details, deadlines and calculations may be wrong or incomplete. Check them against originals before saving or using them. Reminders do not replace your own deadline monitoring. School estimates are not official reports or admission decisions. SwissBud does not provide individual legal, financial or binding school advice.
5. Moving notices and cancellations are drafts only
SwissBud creates editable drafts only for moving notices, address changes and cancellations. Creating or downloading a PDF, ZIP or email draft sends no notice and terminates no contract. Opening an email app is not proof of sending. Check recipients, contacts, contract number, IBAN, reasons, dates, notice periods, formal requirements and signatures. You decide whether to use a draft and arrange timely sending, required receipt and proof. If unsure, check requirements with the counterparty or a suitable professional.
6. Calendar and external services
Calendar transfer is optional and follows your review. Check the account, profile, title, date, time and reminder. External services have their own terms and may be unavailable. Transferred events remain in Google after disconnecting or deleting the account.
7. Purchases and subscriptions
Paid services, prices, durations and renewals are shown before purchase. Purchases take place in the app; there is no web checkout. Linked app entitlements may be used on the web. Manage and cancel store subscriptions separately; uninstalling or deleting the account does not automatically end them. Refunds follow applicable law and purchase terms.
8. Availability, backups and liability
We operate SwissBud with reasonable care without guaranteeing uninterrupted or error-free availability. Offline access covers previously loaded content only; AI and Calendar transfer require internet. Keep important originals, exports and recovery keys. Liability follows applicable law and is not excluded for intent, gross negligence or other mandatory cases. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Review notices or responsibility for your entries do not remove those rights.
9. Ending use and changes
You may stop using the service and delete your account. Serious violations or concrete security risks may require restrictions; where reasonable, we inform you and allow clarification. Material changes are communicated and required acceptances requested. Swiss law applies where permitted, without overriding mandatory protections or statutory consumer jurisdictions.
